Eastbound:
The left lane is closed 3 miles East of Exit 15, RS-1338 (Fines Creek). (November 2nd)
Width restrictions:
****Beginning Friday 11/17, at 7 AM, trucks wider than 13 feet will not be permitted to travel westbound.**** At 7 AM Monday, 11/20, width restrictions will return to nothing over 16 feet.

This is a Blanket T.I.M.S notification: For T.I.P Project I-3306A. Project will consist of widening I-40 from 4 Lanes to 6 Lanes from I-85 in Orange Co. to the Durham Co. Line with Interchange Modifications, Including the I-40/NC 86 Interchange. Notification of Lane Closures Ramp Closures and Detour Routes will be addressed in separate T.I.M.S Incidents.
