Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Monday, October 7, 2024 through
Thursday, October 26, 2024, the bridge on LA 34 over CREEK will be closed for
bridge maintenance. The bridge is located 1.42 MI EAST OF US 71 near Montgomery,
LA. Permit/Detour section Eastbound traffic will detour to US 71 Southbound to
LA 122 Eastbound to LA 471 Northbound. Westbound traffic will detour to LA 471
Southbound to LA 122 Westbound to US 71 Northbound. Safety Reminder DOTD
