Road Maintenance Operations on LA-617 Both Directions from Bell Ln to Avant St.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists
that beginning Tuesday, May 14, 2024, there will be ongoing construction along
LA 617 (Warren Drive) in Ouachita Parish from US 80 (Cypress Street) to LA 616
(Arkansas Road). This construction work involves concrete patching, cleaning and
resealing existing joints, and striping. The traveling public can expect daily
alternating lane closures. Through traffic will be maintained at all times. This
work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING. Alternate Route: N/A
Restrictions/Permits: N/A Safety Reminder: DOTD appreciates your patience and
reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on
the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise
caution when driving, walking or biking near an active work zone. Call 511 or
