The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists
that beginning on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 6:00 a.m., there will be
intermittent lane closures on LA 157 near the intersection with LA 3227 in
Haughton, Bossier Parish. This traffic configuration is anticipated to last
approximately three months, and is necessary to allow for concrete patching
operations related to the current intersection realignment project at LA 3227.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A Alternate Route: N/A This work will be performed
WEATHER PERMITTING. Safety reminder: DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds
you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the
lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise
caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
