The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Tuesday, November 7, 2023, LA 143 Highway Graphics will begin restriping project between US 80 and LA 616. This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING. Detour for Road Closure: N/A Restrictions/Permits: N/A Safety Reminder: DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking or biking near an active work zone. Call 511 or visit www.511la.org for additional information. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Tuesday, October 17, 2023, there will be ongoing construction along LA 143 in Ouachita Parish from its junction with Ridgedale Dr. to Bayou D'Arbonne, in Ouachita Parish. The traveling public can expect daily alternating lane closures with flagging operations. This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
